Every day, women and teen girls in our community carry invisible burdens — juggling work, family, relationships, and caregiving while quietly battling anxiety, depression, or burnout. Many want help but can’t afford the cost of consistent therapy.
That’s where Serendipity Women’s Mental Wellness Center steps in.
Founded in 2020 by licensed attorney and psychotherapist Shari N. Warner, our mission is simple yet powerful:
To make quality mental, emotional, and behavioral health care accessible to every woman and girl — regardless of her financial situation.
We serve women across Broward County and throughout Florida who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing high deductibles and copays that make therapy out of reach.
Through affordable counseling, case management, and community wellness programs, we help women and girls reclaim their confidence, emotional balance, and sense of purpose.
Our Impact So Far
Since opening our doors in 2021, Serendipity Women’s Mental Wellness Center has:
Provided over 1,200 hours of psychotherapy
Supported more than 50 women and teen girls through individual and group sessions
Delivered care both in-person and via telehealth for accessibility
Grown a compassionate clinical team of three master’s-level therapists and one graduate student intern, all dedicated to affordable, high-quality care
Each hour of therapy represents a story of transformation — a mother rediscovering her strength, a teen learning to manage anxiety, a woman finding her voice after trauma.
But the need continues to grow.

We envision a thriving community of emotionally strong, confident, and resilient women and girls who are equipped to navigate life’s challenges with grace and courage.
Through therapy, outreach, and education, we are building a movement of women who heal themselves — and, in doing so, heal their families and communities.
As we continue to grow, Serendipity is expanding our reach to include:
Workshops and seminars that teach emotional wellness and self-care skills
Community partnerships to make mental health education more accessible
Wellness events that connect women through shared stories and healing experiences
