Connection. Compassion. Community.

At Serendipity Women’s Mental Wellness Center, we believe healing happens when women and girls come together. Our affordable support groups offer safe, welcoming spaces to share, learn, and grow with others who understand your experiences. Whether you’re managing motherhood, grief, anxiety, or life transitions, our support circles help you rediscover strength and balance—without financial barriers.

Hands on Hearts:
Support Group for Moms

Because every mother deserves a space to breathe, heal, and be seen.

Motherhood is beautiful—but it can also be isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming. The Hands on Hearts Support Group for Moms brings women together to talk openly about the challenges and joys of raising children while caring for themselves.

Led by compassionate, licensed clinicians and supervised interns, this group helps mothers find emotional balance, practical coping skills, and community connection.

Common Topics:

  • Balancing motherhood, identity, and self-care

  • Postpartum and parenting stress

  • Guilt, overwhelm, and perfectionism

  • Communication and boundary setting

  • Building a supportive “mom village”

This group is offered at no-cost—because every mom deserves access to mental wellness.

Women’s Empowerment Circle

  • Reclaim your voice. Restore your confidence. Reconnect with your purpose.

Our Women’s Empowerment Circle provides a supportive, judgment-free space where women explore self-worth, boundaries, healing from past hurts, and building healthier relationships.

Participants learn to replace self-criticism with self-compassion, practice emotional regulation, and build strong connections with other women on similar journeys.

Affordable and accessible, this group helps women at every stage of life feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Teen & Young Women’s Wellness Circle

Helping the next generation of women build confidence and emotional strength.

Designed for teen girls and young adult women, this support group focuses on identity, relationships, stress management, and mental wellness in today’s fast-paced, social-media-driven world.

In a safe and empowering environment, participants gain tools for emotional regulation, boundary setting, and self-acceptance—while forming connections that remind them they’re not alone.

Healing After Loss Support Group

  • Grief takes many forms—loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a sense of self. Our Healing After Loss group offers women a space to honor their emotions, process pain, and rebuild hope.

Facilitated by trauma-informed clinicians, this group focuses on emotional healing through connection, reflection, and mindfulness.

Participation is available at sliding-scale rates, ensuring access for all who seek comfort and understanding.

Why Our Support Groups Matter

Community-based therapy is one of the most powerful ways to promote emotional wellness. When women and girls gather to share their stories, barriers break down and healing begins.

Each of our groups provides:

  • Affordable access to professional support

  • A community of women who understand

  • Tools for ongoing emotional resilience

  • A bridge for those not ready for individual therapy

By offering low-cost, donor-supported programs, Serendipity ensures that no woman or girl has to navigate life’s challenges alone.

If you are not quite ready for individual therapy but still want the support, consider joining one of our groups.

The power of shared experiences can make you feel less alone
